The red wine Lupi by Gitana is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Saperavi, coming from vineyards located 300 meters above sea level.
 
Each variety is cultivated in separate plots, with different exposures and soils to enhance the characteristics of each grape variety to the fullest. The grapes are vinified separately, with alcoholic fermentation in large oak barrels for 15-20 days, accompanied by frequent pumping over.
 
The wine matures for two years in Slavonian oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation also takes place, followed by aging in American oak barriques for at least 14 months after the final blending.In appearance, it presents a deep ruby red color. The olfactory profile offers marked notes of red fruits such as cherries, blackberries, and blueberries, enriched by licorice, dark chocolate, vanilla, and cardamom.
 
On the palate, it is balanced and structured, with soft tannins, generous and full-bodied, yet fresh with a long and delicate finish.It pairs perfectly with grilled or braised meats, game, aged cheeses, and dishes with intense sauces.
