Yellow color with greenish reflections, aromas of jasmine, honeycomb, and melon, with a fruity, full-bodied taste. Aged for 6 months on fine lees (sur lie) and 11 months in acacia barrels. Serve in a Burgundy glass. Perfect with pasta, chicken, fish, seafood, and cheeses.
