Aged for 6 months on fine lees (sur lie), giving the wine a creamy texture and added complexity, and partially matured (25%) in French oak barrels for extra depth, structure, and elegance.
 
The grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards at 320 meters altitude, where conditions resemble the Rhine Valley.
A balanced, expressive wine with freshness, volume, and a long, complex finish.
