This sparkling wine was produced by secondary fermentation of a blend of local grapes from the new Alb de Onitcani selection and classic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties, hand-selected from the company's own vineyards. The sparkling wine is distinguished by its fine and persistent effervescence, pronounced aroma with a smooth, fresh and harmonious taste.
