The Traditional Method honors the idea that luxury isn’t rushed. Unlike quicker, more industrial techniques, this method crafts a finer bubble, a smoother sip.

After a still wine is made, a second fermentation begins when a little sugar and yeast are added before sealing the bottle. Slowly, over months—even years—tiny bubbles are born. As the wine rests on its lees (remnants of yeast), it gains depth andcomplexity.
